Using the marketplace
Provide accurate information, use your own account and treat others respectfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit false credentials or use enquiries and chat for unlawful activity.
Supplier eligibility
Suppliers must provide business details, service prices, certificates or registration numbers, qualifications, at least one reference, and private selfie and ID/passport verification details before listing eligibility. Pending submission is distinct from administrative verification.
Subscriptions
Supplier listings are currently free while the marketplace grows to 80 listed suppliers. After that, the planned subscription is R99 per month with the first two calendar months free, and suppliers will be notified before billing begins. The dashboard displays the expected payment date once billing is active. Listings lose public eligibility when subscription access expires. Yoco checkout is for supplier subscriptions, not client service fees; automated collection requires explicit authorisation and supported account access.
Bookings and reviews
Requests are subject to supplier acceptance. Only the client of a completed booking can submit one review for that booking. Reviews must reflect genuine experience and must not disclose private personal information.
Payments and disputes
Service fees, scope and cancellation arrangements are agreed directly between the client and supplier. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Final subscription refund, cancellation and dispute terms require confirmation and legal review.
